#GoBeKind in Las Vegas
How your hotel stay can help spread kindness | Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas
Art-deco inspired rooms with sumptuous fabrics, a view of the Strip and all the amenities of two hotels means if you’re looking for a luxury hotel in the heart of Las Vegas, look no further than the Four Seasons Las Vegas. While you might be busy enjoying the bustling city or lazing on the real sand beach at Mandalay Bay, your hotel stay is helping others #GoBeKind. The hotel actively participates in the Clean the World scheme by directly contributing to the Global Soap Project by donating partially-used soap from its rooms. They get recycled into new bars and are distributed worldwide to people who need it, some short-term like refugees or into areas of extreme poverty on a long-term basis. To date, the hotel has contributed to almost 60,000 bars of soap! It’s not their only charitable venture — 25% of the proceeds from a private dinning experience with celebrity chef Charlie Palmer benefits Three Square, southern Nevada’s largest food bank.

How your hotel stay can help spread kindness | The Venetian Resort
With the money that rolls through Las Vegas, it’s no surprise that the hotels are so generous. The Venetian is much more than one of Vegas’ quintessential hotels, taking you on a whirlwind tour through Italy, complete with gondolas, over 20 restaurants and too many fresco-style murals to count. The Venetian has its own charitable organization called The Sands, working with local and national programs. Their staff partnered with HELP of Southern Nevada to help 500 low-income Nevada families fulfill their holiday wishlist with basic supplies as well as gifts. The Venetian is also a part of the Global Soap Project, creating over 100,000 kits within two days from discarded soaps and shampoo from their rooms. Top this list off with their donations to the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth to help the organization’s drop-in center get valuable resources like computers and books and you’ve got one hotel that will inspire you to #GoBeKind.

How your hotel stay can help spread kindness | Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Visiting Vegas is all about indulgence — a visit to Caesars Palace means you’ll be able to luxuriate in some incredible amenities and get a taste of what Vegas is really about. Don’t forget to throw a coin and make a wish for some extra luck in Vegas — the coins Caesars Palace retrieves from their iconic fountain are donated to the University Medical Trauma Center and Lions Burn Care Unit, the only free-standing Trauma Center this far west which provides 24/7 care for those suffering from life-threatening injuries. They also actively participate in Las Vegas Restaurant week, which is the time to come to Vegas for foodies. Proceeds of the sales of the special menus from many of Caesars celebrity chef restaurants go to support the Three Square Food bank, providing food to those who need it in Southern Nevada.

#GoBeKind Directly | Three Square
Three Square is working to combat hunger in the Southern Nevada area by providing wholesome food to hungry people, estimated to be over 300,000. They work to raise funds and source food through food banks, food rescue and ready to eat meals, all while relying on the kindness of volunteers to reach their vaste service network of nonprofits, shelters, meal programs and schools. The Shade Tree
The Shade Tree is the largest 24 hour accessible shelter for women, including senior citizens, and children in Southern Nevada. Not only do they offer beds for homeless and abused women, but they offer programs to help these women regain stability and self-reliance as well as dignity. The grassroots agency looks to volunteers to help with everything from running the boutique, teaching computer skills, sorting donations and mock interviews to help these women get started on the life they deserve.
Noah’s Animal House
Part of the Shade Tree shelter family, Noah’s Animal House is a pet sanctuary for women who are facing a crisis. It was one of the first shelters of its kind in the USA, offering a chance to women in crisis to make the first brave steps forward in the company of their beloved animal. Volunteers help with general pet care by helping walk and groom the animals as well as helping with off-site events.
