VIBE Margarita at Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta

  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 2 oz Orange Liqueur
  • 1 ½ oz Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of “Tajin” Chilli Powder
  • 1 Watermelon slice to decorate
  • Ice

Take a glass of your choice and crown it with “Tajin” Chilli Powder. Add the rest of ingredients to blender. Decorate with a watermelon piece.

  • 1 Slice of Serrano Chile
  • 1 Small bunch coriander
  • 1 Piece green tomato
  • 2 oz Don Julio Silver Tequila
  • 2 oz Lime juice
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 ½ oz Natural syrup
  • Ice

Add all ingredients to blender. Pour into a glass with salt on the rim. Garnish with a slice of lemon and coriander branch.

Margarita Cancun at the Ritz-Carlton Cancun

  • 1 ½ oz Infused Leyenda del Milagro añejo tequila
  • ¾ oz Mandarin napoleon
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz Agave nectar
  • 3 Packs of mandarin black tea

To infuse your Milagro añejo tequila, pour 3 packages of black mandarin tea in a tea pot with one third of the bottle of tequila and wait 5 to 7 minutes. Combine with the remainder of the tequila and shake well. Use a lemon squeezer to extract the fresh juice of one dark green lime. Pour the tequila, the mandarin napoleon, the lime juice and the agave nectar in a shaker glass with ice. Shake well, serve your margarita over ice in a glass salted around the rim; garnish with a lime wheel.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Cilantro Margarita at Casa Velas

  • 1 ½ oz Tequilla
  • 1 oz Triple Sec or Cointreau
  • 3 oz Lime or lemon zest
  • 1 Small bunch of cilantro
  • Salt

Place three to four ice cubes in a cocktail shaker along with two parts tequila, one part Triple Sec, one part lime zest and the cilantro. Shake until frosty. Place the cilantro in a cocktail glass rimmed with lime and salt until half full. Top with the margarita mixture and decorate with a slice of lime and a short straw.

Cucumber Margarita at the Hyatt Zilara

  • 1 ½ oz Tequila
  • 25 Grams seedless cucumbers
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 1 oz White syrup
  • Ice cubes

Take a glass of your choice and rim it with salt. Add the rest of ingredients to blender. Decorate with a slice of cucumber.

Jalapeño Margarita at Casa Dorada

  • 1 ½oz Tequila (choose your favorite)
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 Piece fresh jalapeño pepper
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 1 tbs Brown sugar
  • “Tajin” Chilli Powder

Mash the jalapeño pepper with brown sugar and lime juice, pour in the rest of ingredients except the pepper powder. Serve with fresh ice in an old fashioned glass rimmed with pepper powder.
